IN THIS CLASS, WE WILL COVER SOME DEEP TISSUE STRETCHES TO HELP DEVELOP THE PROPER RANGE OF MOTION THROUGH EXERCISES. WE WILL COVER THE MOVEMENT PATTERNS FOR ALL EXERCISES LISTED ABOVE. WE WILL COVER HOW TO PROPERLY INHALE AND EXHALE THROUGH THE EXERCISES AND DEVELOP A PROPER UNDERSTANDING OF WEIGHT CONTROL AND FOCUS.
