IN THIS CLASS WE WILL COVER SOME DEEP TISSUE STRETCHES TO HELP DEVELOP PROPER RANGE OF MOTION THROUGH EXCERCISES. WE WILL COVER THE MOVEMENT PATTERNS FOR ALL EXERCISES LISTED ABOVE, WE WILL COVER HOW TO PROPERLY INHALE AND EXHALE THROUGH THE EXCERCISES AND DEVELOP A PROPER UNDERSTANDING OF WEIGHT CONTROL AND FOCUS.
